- [ ] Create the promotional flyer for Call for Submissions. (see Promoting The Orange Couch and Boilerplates for Various Types of Correspondences)
- [ ] Begin promoting the call around campus
- [ ] Get flyers approved by Student Involvement (in the Student Center) and hang them up on campus. Flyers “expire”; make sure to note the date so you know when to print out more to get approved and hung up
- [ ] Working with Jen F. to get the flyers posted on social media
- [ ] Post the call in the #news channel
- [ ] Reach out to departments and faculty and staff around campus to help spread the word
- [ ] Send a mass email using WCOnline
- [ ] Send email to those who previously submitted (listed in Airtable)
- [ ] Maintain TOC Airtable as Submissions come in
Front Page
The front page will be update three times during each TOC cycle: 1) At the beginning to note Call for Submission are open, 2) When submissions close, 3) Once the issue is live.
To change the link to the button:

Click on the button.

If nothing pops up, click the “Setting” button to the right of the “Update” button.

The “Block” mode should automatically pop-up, but if the page does not look like the screenshot below, double-check to make sure you’re not in “Page” mode.

Select the “Style” tab (middle option) from the “Block” section.

Select the “Link” tab section (see screenshot above).

Select the pencil icon that appears to update the link. Make sure “Open in new tab” is selected, then click “Save.”

“Update” the page.
Updating the image:
- Click on the image area and, if nothing pops up, click the “Setting” button.
